Highly effective teachers are the foundation by which students receive a strong education. Leadership at all levels is paramount to the success of our program and it begins with our teachers. We focus on empowerment, training and a strong team environment to ensure success.
We strive to provide resources, coaching and professional development to ensure teachers can successfully educate students. We strive to train our teachers to be effective in delivering high quality academic rigor and character development.
Leadership starts from within, but together as a team W.E.I.M.P.A.C.T our students, families and fellow team members. Success is achieved as a team!
Featured Teachers
She is the 6th grade science teacher and is a native Arizonian. She graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Forensic Science. When she is not in the classroom teaching; you can find her spending time with her beautiful daughter and family. Her all time favorite movie is Home Alone (part 1).
Ms. Shen is our math interventionist for 2nd-6th grade. She has been with us for two years now and has worked for 10 years as a math interventionist. Ms. Shen came to the U.S. 27 years ago from China where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Beijing Normal University. Ms. Shen earned her Master’s Degree from Arizona State University. She likes to travel, read, play volleyball at a high level.
He is the 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts and Social Studies teacher. He is from Kokomo, Indiana. He graduated with his bachelors in Education from Purdue University. His favorite things to do outside of the classroom is cooking, hiking and spending time with his dog Benny!
